Guidance for your start

In the introductory session, we discuss where you currently stand, what is weighing on you or blocking you, and what you hope to achieve. I will explain how I work, and together we will see if and how a joint process makes sense. There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.
No. We always start exactly where you are. Safety and proper preparation are the top priorities. We work with breathwork, clear boundaries, and at your own pace. Cold training is not a challenge, but a conscious space to remain present with intensity.
No. Cold training and yoga usually take place in person in Munich or Frankfurt. Mental coaching can take place both in person and online. Many people combine both—in-person and online—depending on their life situation.
Some topics can be addressed effectively in a few sessions, while others require more space. Many start with a package of 3 sessions to feel initial changes. If you find that you would like to go deeper, we can extend the process to 6 or more sessions.
I offer sessions in German and English. During the introductory session, we can determine which language you feel more comfortable with.
