No. Cold exposure training and yoga sessions are typically held in person in Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt. I also work with partner hotels in Garmisch, South Tyrol, and Switzerland, allowing us to find the location that best suits your needs. Mental coaching is available both in person and online. Many clients choose a combination of in-person and online sessions, depending on their lifestyle and schedule.
Some topics can shift significantly within just a few sessions, while others need more time and space. Many people begin with a three-session package to experience the first changes. If you feel you want to go deeper, we can extend the process to five or more sessions. My goal is for you to notice a change after the first session—and for the people around you to notice the difference after three sessions.
I offer coaching sessions in both German and English. During your free discovery session, we can decide which language you feel most comfortable with.
